Vodafone Announces the Second Google Android Phone from HTC

Finally, we now have the official second Google Android phone - the HTC Magic smartphone which will be released exclusively for Vodafone customers in the UK, Spain, Germany, France, and Italy. Vodafone has started accepting pre-orders for the much awaited second model of the Google Android Phone while mobile phone users hope that the said device would have address upgrade issues of the first Google Android phone.

Sony Ericsson Launches the W995 Walkman Phone

At the ongoing Mobile World Congress happening in Barcelona, Sony Ericsson went ahead of the competition and quickly announced its new Walkman phone dubbed W995. Touting an 8.1 megapixel camera, the Sony Ericsson W995 lets you watch news, TV shows or blockbusters in high quality video, watch YouTube videos using its Turbo 3G or Wi-Fi connectivity and of course enjoy full music entertainment with its Walkman features.

Swype's New Touchscreen Keyboard Technology

The creators of the T9 text entry system, have changed their focus to typing on touchscreens. Swype is a new technology that allows fast typing by dragging a finger or stylus over the letters you want to use. No need to pick up your finger between letters, the system figures out what you're trying to type.

Sony Ericsson Announces the C903 Cyber-Shot Phone

Sony Ericsson has just announced the new C903 Cyber-shot mobile phone geared for users who are fond of taking photos using their camera phone. Review: The Sony Ericsson W760i is Feature-rich Phone Packed in a Small Package

Despite owning and using a Sony Ericsson phones for several years (which stopped last year when I got my iPhone), I never had a Sony Ericsson slider phone ever.  So I was a bit hesitant whether to get the Sony Ericsson W760i as a back up phone for my calling and my texting chores since doing so on the iPhone is practically futile.  What convinced me to get the W760i was its small form factor, solid features, and of course its classic elegant look.
