A plan at the moment that is only offered by Cingular Wirless is the rollover plan. With this plan a user is given an allotted amount of anytime minutes each month. If at the end of the month the user has not used up all of these minutes the minutes are rolled over and added on to the following month's minutes. Any minutes that are rolled over to another month must be used up within a year of being issued.
